The key to winning “The Challenge: USA” is to prevail in the Final Challenge, but in order to qualify for that, contestants must first accumulate at least 5,000 throughout the season. At the start of CBS’s reality TV show, each person was given 1,000 in their banks. There are two ways to earn additional funds: win a daily challenge or survive the elimination arena (which lets them steal the losers’ banks).
Most players have already scored the required amount of moolah to get them to the Final Challenge. Below, we give you an update on “The Challenge: USA” money won after eight episodes.

On The Challenge: USA, four CBS reality TV shows provided competitors with Amazing Race, Big Brother, Love Island, and Survivor.
Due to the nature of their show, Love Island entered the season viewed as a group of underdogs, but several cast members proved that wasn’t the case throughout the episodes.
Among them were Love Island women Shannon St. Clair, Cashay Proudfoot, Justine Ndiba, and Kyra Green, who showed their competitive abilities and began to pose a threat to other competitors.
Justine and Cashay were each able to capture daily challenge wins alongside Survivor’s Tyson Apostol, and each got at least one win each in an elimination event at The Arena.

In The Challenge: USA, Episode 7, teams will clash in a physical daily challenge for the first time of the season. However, they’ll do some from within some hard-hitting vehicles rather than their bodies.
The latest event will feature Challenge bumper cars as teammates will ride inside the vehicle and navigate a dirt course. Like many other challenges, a twist makes things unique and more difficult.
For this particular daily, the teammate driving the car will be unable to see anything as they’ll have a helmet featuring a blacked-out visor on front.
Their partner will be frantically trying to guide them by shouting out instructions as their teammate does their best to drive while blind.
Based on the sneak peek footage, host Tj Lavin is getting a kick out of this...

The casts of “Survivor” and “The Amazing Race” managed to squeak by the first two weeks of “The Challenge: USA” completely unscathed, but both shows lost contestants during the third episode, which aired Wednesday, July 20.
CBS’s grueling reality TV show said goodbye to teammates Tasha Fox (“Survivor”) and James Wallington (“The Amazing Race”) this week after they failed to complete their puzzle in time during the elimination challenge. It was a close race though, as competitor Domenick Abbate (“Survivor”) failed to plug his water hole and would have been disqualified if not for Cashay Proudfoot (“Love Island”) saving the day for that team by finishing her puzzle in record time.

The Challenge: USA is firing from all cylinders.
As a spin-off of the main show featuring faces from Big Brother, Love Island, Survivor, and The Amazing Race, it has put exciting individuals together in a way many didn't think possible.
On The Challenge: USA Season 1 Episode 2, Cashel Barnett and Tiffany Mitchell were thrown into the elimination, and it was a bit of a shocker for them both.
"I could kind of feel it in the air," Mitchell tells TV Fanatic of the blindside.
"People do kind of get distant from people when they are the target. And no one was really communicating with me on a game level."
"So I kind of felt on the outs."
Tiffany explained that Azah whispered to her that she had heard her name being thrown around.
"I was just really hoping that it wasn't true. I was not prepared. I was hoping it wasn't true.

The second episode of The Challenge: USA proved that even if you lose a daily, you’re not out of the game. After an algorithm randomly assigned the players partners, The Amazing Race pair Cayla Platt and James Wallington came in last in the daily challenge but they bested the team thrown in by winners Tyson Apostol (Survivor) and Justine Ndiba (Love Island) — Tiffany Mitchell (Big Brother) and Cashel Barnett (Love Island) — in elimination. In Knowledge Is Powered, they had to light up a power station by pedaling on stationary bikes. For every two lights, they had to memorize 12 symbols. Mitchell and Barnett take us inside their elimination. How did you each prepare for The Challenge: USA? Barnett: I snowboarded every day and drank a lot of beer. Mitchell: Shut up. Barnett: I just came in calm. I just came in my own zone. That’s how I prepared — yoga.

The Cookout is officially cancelled. On Wednesday night’s episode of “The Challenge: USA,” new lines were drawn in the sand when Xavier Prather helped orchestrate the demise of his former “Big Brother” pal, Tiffany Mitchell. Both were part of the historic Cookout alliance on “Big Brother 23” that led to six Black players reaching the end of the game together, with Xavier winning the 750,000 prize.
After Tyson Apostol won his second weekly challenge in a row (this time with partner Justine Ndiba), the “Survivor” champ had to figure out who to throw into the arena against the “Yeah Buoy!” losers, Cayla Platt & James Wallington.

At first, Tiffany wasn’t even on Tyson or Justine’s radar. As a mixed pair from “Survivor” and “Love Island,” the duo’s easiest route was to throw in one of the teams that consisted of only “Big Brother” players.
