Matthieu Proulx
-A native of Gatineau (in the province of Quebec, Canada), Matthieu Proulx played his university soccer from 2001 to 2004 at Université Laval, with whom he went on to win the Vanier Cup twice. In 2005, the Montreal Alouettes made Matthieu their first draft choice. In his first year in the league, he was nominated for the Rookie of the Year award. The Alouettes' marauder took part in two Grey Cup victories, in 2009 and 2010. In 2011, at the age of 29, he hung up his cleats, as injuries slowed him down. Since 2011, he has been an analyst for CFL and NFL soccer on RDS.
