- Steven John Dixon is an actor from Toronto, Canada. After years of writing policy as a land use planner, he responded to an open casting call for a whiskey commercial and was instantly hooked. He made his television debut as the frantic Nolan Fein on Netflix's third and final season of Designated Survivor (2016), and has since appeared in a number of hit TV shows including Mary Kills People (2017) and Murdoch Mysteries (2008).
