Stephanie moved to Los Angeles in 1997 after her family, friends
and agent urged her to "pursue her career". Stephanie got her start
doing commercials in Oklahoma and credits that beginning to her former
agent, now casting director in L.A., Ricki Maslar. Before moving, she
received her Master's degree in Nutrition from the University of
Central Oklahoma. However, she decided that her true passion is acting.
Stephanie took her desire seriously and completed a two-year acting
school in method acting with D.W. Brown. To date, Stephanie has
appeared in several films, television shows and commercials including "61", "Coyote
Ugly" and "Sex & the City". One of her most memorable experiences thus
far was her first acting job in Los Angeles on "Ally McBeal" when she
played Courtney Thorne-Smith's body double opposite Gil Belows, wearing
nothing but "sexy new shoes".
