- Willi Wolff was born on April 16, 1883 in Schönebeck, Sachsen-Anhalt, Germany. He was a writer and director, known for Die Marquise von Pompadour (1931), Nur Du (1930) and Die Frau mit den Millionen - 1. Der Schuß in der Pariser Oper (1923). He was married to Ellen Richter. He died on April 6, 1947 in Nice, France.
