PARIS -- French broadcaster M6 has appointed Eric d'Hotelans to the newly created position of managing director. He was managing director of the French subsidiary of CMG, an Anglo-Dutch information technology group. The company also announced Friday the resignation of finance director Laurent Agrech, who is leaving next month. No replacement for Agrech was named. M6 said Nicolas de Tavernost would continue as president, with Thomas Valentin remaining in charge of programming. In addition, M6 said that Catherine Lenoble and Jean d'Arthuys, in charge of subsidiary M6 publicity and digital development, respectively, would also be board members.
