Lisa Shillingburg has worked in film and television production for over twenty-five years. She began working as a secretary to director, Tony Scott, and as an assistant to producers Paul Mazursky, Adam Fields, and Sandy Saxon Brice.
She wrote and produced electronic press kits and episodes for the syndicated series, "The Making Of", and has optioned several screenplays and a soap opera to producers and to a major network. She became a member of the Writers Guild of America as co-screenwriter on the feature film, "The Ultimate Life". She has over 40 credits in production accounting on studio and independent features, television series, television pilots, and television limited series.
Lisa has an MFA in Screenwriting from the University of New Orleans. She has won various screenwriting awards over the years, and her screenplay, "Mabel's Matinee", is featured in a permanent collection of Contemporary Screenplays at Stanford University.
