- Was school classmates with Actors Steven Weber, Esai Morales, Vanessa Williams, Gina Gershon, D.B. Sweeney, John Leguizamo,Helen Slater, and Erica Gimpel and Designer Isaac Mizrahi, and Oscar winning film producer, Dan Jinks.
- Mr Diran was asked by director Gee Malik Linton to create special costumes for fantasy sequences for his 2015 film release, 'Daughter of God' starring Keanu Reeves and Mira Sorvino after a chance meeting at his label's 10th Anniversary celebration in 2014.
