Mark is a British writer and director for stage and screen. He is represented by Katie Haines at The Agency, London and is a member of BAFTA Connect.
His debut play, Giant, will premiere at the Royal Court Theatre Downstairs from September to November 2024, directed by Nicholas Hytner and starring John Lithgow as Roald Dahl and Elliot Levey as Tom Maschler.
He wrote & directed the award-winning short film Ganef, which played at multiple Oscar, BAFTA and BIFA qualifying festivals internationally, sold to HBO Europe and Oscar-qualified for the Live Action Short category in 2022. He also co-wrote Dominic Dromgoole's feature film debut Making Noise Quietly, adapted (with Nick Drake and Robert Holman from Holman's play of the same title). It was released in UK cinemas by Verve Pictures in 2019. His other shorts include Cleopatra and Newborn for BFI and Shakespeare's Globe.
