James Williamson has rejoined The Stooges and the reformed band will reportedly play next year's All Tomorrow's Parties in the UK on May 2 and 3. Williamson first joined the group, renamed Iggy & The Stooges, for their 1973 album Raw Power, but has not played live since the break-up of that lineup the following year. The guitarist has rehearsed with bassist Mike Watt, drummer Scott Asheton and saxophonist Steve McKay in Los Angeles and will return to practise with Iggy Pop later this month, Rolling Stone reports.
