Vladimir Kondrusevich

Born in the city of Grodno. He graduated from the Belarusian State Conservatory named after A. Lunacharsky in the piano class of Professor L. P. Yushkevich and in the composition class of Professor E. A. Glebov (then under his supervision - an internship-internship). Since 1979, he has been a member of the public association "Belarusian Union of Composers". Creativity Kondrusevich is characterized by the breadth of views and multidimensional styles. He is the author of operas, symphonies, ballets, oratorios, cantatas, chamber, instrumental, vocal works, in which the originality of the idea is organically combined with the extensive use of musical expressiveness. The composer works most intensively in the field of theatrical music. He is the author of the ballet "Wings of Memory", "Mephistopheles", "Mephisto", musicals "Julia", "Glass of Water", "Africa" and others. Vladimir Kondrusevich is a laureate and winner of international, all-union, republican competitions and festivals. For a significant contribution to the development of the Belarusian musical art in 2003, the composer received a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus, is the first winner of the Mazalevskaya Theater Prize.
