Entrance music is as integral a part as anything for a WWE Superstar. It sets the tone for what fans can expect from them and offers insight in regards to what they are all about. It has almost become a lost art in recent years with Jim Johnston taking a backseat to CFO$, but the latter tend to pump up some gems from time to time.
As incredible of a performer as someone might be, they could get stuck with terrible entrance music. But there have been instances where it has been the other way around. Even the most insignificant of talent have been granted great entrance themes for one reason or another.
If an awesome entrance theme is the only redeemable quality about a wrestler, that is when you know it went to waste. These ten competitors all had music that were worthy of being included on your iPod playlist,...

Music has been integral in WWE history, especially anthems for all the greatest WWE Superstars. Since Sgt. Or the Ultimate Warrior’s high-energy entrance music? Even years after the stars retire, the songs live on.

A big part of a wrestler’s image is their entrance. Whether it’s high-energy rock music, or a dramatic funeral dirge, a Superstar’s entrance theme matters a lot to how the fans perceive the wrestler associated with that music.
Jim Johnston has been making WWE Superstars’ entrance themes since the mid-1980s, and since then he has helped create legends out of Superstars. He is credited for creating some of the most memorable entrance themes in history, from guys at the bottom of the card, to the top stars that are now recognized as legends.
Johnston carefully crafted each theme to make it unique for each Superstar. From adding certain sound bites at the beginning, to crafting an entirely unique sound for someone, Jim Johnston is quite possibly the biggest un-sung hero in WWF history. If it weren’t for his alleged stage fright, he would...

You take the good, you take the bad, you take the rest and there you have last night's installment of Monday Night Raw.
With the Authority finally usurped, fans got some much-needed relief from Hhh and Stephanie's omnipresence (at least after the opening segment) and were rewarded for their patience with the return of one-night Gm Daniel Bryan. And after a rather lengthy series of monologues and mandates, grown men and women tussled and toiled, belts were defended and retained and Kane ended his night covered in a hellacious combination of condiments.

One of the most important aspect of a professional wrestler's persona is his entrance music. It's the signal that lets the world know that he is coming, and a good song can often enhance the character with only a few chords and words. Hulk Hogan's legacy certainly would not have been as great had he not had "Real American" playing over the speakers every time he ripped his shirt off, and the likes of the Ultimate Warrior, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted Dibiase, the Undertaker, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin and the Rock all had distinct music that perfectly complimented their huge personalities.
As far as entrance themes go, Triple H has one of the best. His tune, "The Game," is one of the more savage entries on the WWE playlist, which is owed to the fact that Motörhead recorded the track for him. Over the course of his career,...
