Petite, blond leading lady in films for Associated Talking Pictures in the mid-1930's. First discovered during a production at the Webber-Douglas School production of the play "Martine" by Sidney Carroll, who moved the entire production to the Ambassadors Theatre (1933) London. It was after witnessing her performance in the title role that Ivor Novello recommended Victoria Hopper to Film and Theatre director Dasil Dean.
