Henry Blight Halicki passed away on August 20, 1989, two months away from what would have been his 49th birthday on October 18.
Interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Cypress, Orange County, California. Plot: Eternal Peace, Block 4046, Space 1.
Instead of forming a film company with a cinema-oriented name, his production company was called "H.B. Halicki Mercantile Company".
