- Milind Gunaji was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India an Indian actor, model, television presenter, writer, and author, most known for his roles in Marathi and Hindi cinema. Films in all languages Bhojpuri, Punjabi, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, English, Gujarati, etc. Acting for 4 decades..from 90's till date..has done 4 Hindi and 1 Marathi lead films. He made his first film appearance in 1993's Drohkal and first gained widespread notice in the 1996's Fareb in the role of Inspector Indrajeet Saxena. The role earned him a Filmfare Award nomination for Best Performance in a Negative Role. Since then he has acted in more than 250 films. He has his own travel show Bhatakanti and Discover Maharashtra which ran on Zee Marathi for many years.. Gunaji has served as the Brand Ambassador of Forests and Wildlife for the Government of Maharashtra. Currently, he is the brand ambassador of hill station Mahabaleshwar. He also briefly appeared in South Indian cinema, playing important roles in two films Alaavandan (Tamil) and Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum (Telugu).
Mr.Milind did Everest, which aired on Star Plus in November 2014. Received best literature Maharashtra government state award for literature for the book 'Anvat'.Gunaji has held many solo photo exhibitions as a photographer, including in Balgandharva Pune, Kalidas Hall in Nashik, and Prabodhankar Thackeray Hall in Vile Parle.
He has served as a travel writer, and brand ambassador of Intiamatkat Tours and writes a weekly column in the Lokprabha supplement of the Marathi daily Loksatta. As an author, Gunaji has penned 12 books. In 1998, he published his first book, Majhi Mulukhgiri, a compilation of his Lokprabha columns.
