L. Dennis Kozlowski was born on November 16, 1946 in Newark, New Jersey, USA. He is a producer, known for The Endurance (2000) and 60 Minutes (1968). He has been married to Karen Lee Mayo Locke since May 5, 2001. He was previously married to Angeles Suarez.
Promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Tyco Laboratories
in 1992, Kozlowski was convicted in June, 2005, on charges of grand
larceny and conspiracy. He was charged with stealing hundreds of
millions of dollars from Tyco and with secretly selling company shares
while inflating the value of the stock.
Son of Leo Kelly Kozlowski, a reporter, boxer, and investigator with
New Jersey Public Service Transport, and Agnes Kozlowski, a school
crossing guard. He falsely claimed that his father was a Newark cop
turned police detective.
