- Eleanor Daniels was born on December 28, 1892 in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Wales, UK. She was an actress, known for If Winter Comes (1923). She died on March 18, 1994 in Connecticut, USA.
- A Blue Plaque in her honour was unveiled in 2011 at 40 Thomas Street, Llanelli, Wales - this was her family's home from about 1889 - her father was a hay merchant and publican; in those days this address was the Fountain Inn.
