He acted in Ray Cooney's play, "Chase Me Comrade," at the Northampton Repertory Theatre in Northampton, Northamptonshire, England with Harriet Buchan, Ivan Stafford, Charles Workman, Lesley Nunnerley, Paul Mead, Anthony Pedley, Diana Oxford, and Adam Verney in the cast. Willard Stoker was director.
His U.S. Army-serving father was commissioned by the French to pose for
an oil painting of "the typical Doughboy" who served in France during
the war. The painting hangs today in the Louvre museum.
