- Jerzy Bossak was born on July 31, 1910 in Rostov-on-Don, Russian Empire [now Russia]. He was a director, known for Wrzesien - tak bylo... (1961), Requiem dla 500 tysiecy (1963) and Peace Will Win (1951). He died on May 23, 1989 in Warsaw, Mazowieckie, Poland.
