An American film editor, producer and director. Was a sound editor at Walt Disney Studios on all the classics of the 1930s in the Golden Age Of Animation, on Pinocchio in 1938 when he was 19 years old, his wife Dorothy Higgins was an airbrush artist, both worked on Pinocchio, Bambi and Fantasia.
After WWII he was hired back at Walt Disney Studios where he was film editor on Fun and Fancy Free.
He became a contract editor at RKO in the early days of television and edited Micky Rooney's Hey Mulligan He directed Stan Freberg's first commercials for Butternut Coffee and Chung King Chow Mein He was producer and film editor on Bob Hope USO Christmas Shows until 1960- IMDb Mini Biography By: Sandi Bachom
