Zhan Xiao (or Sean Xiao) was born on October 5th, 1991 in Chongqing, China. He is an actor and singer, known for The Untamed (2019), Jade Dynasty (2019) and Oh! My Emperor (2018).
In 2010, Zhan Xiao was admitted to the School of Modern International Design and Art of Chongqing Technology and Business University. He was a member of the class art and literature, and entered the chorus branch of the school art troupe, serving as the director of the vocal music department of the university student art troupe, the director of the male voice department, and the actor of the school language arts branch. In his freshman year, Zhan Xiao went to Beijing to perform "I Have a Dream" with the language arts branch. In his sophomore year, he participated in the "Top Ten Singers on Campus" competition of Chongqing Technology and Business University and won the honorary title of "Top Ten Singers on Campus". Later, he represented Chongqing Technology and Business University in the Chongqing Municipal "Top Ten Singers on Campus" competition and won the second prize. In October 2012, Zhan Xiao and his friends founded the "Reminiscence Visual Media" photography studio and "NED Design Studio", and worked as the main photographer in the photography studio, and received some LOGO and VI design in the design studio. In 2015, Zhan Xiao participated in the reality program X-Fire where he trained to be an idol alongside 15 other trainees. Ge Hu (a.k.a. Hu Ge) is a native of Shanghai, China. He became a part-time TV host at age fourteen and appeared in dozens of TV commercials between primary and high school years. From 2001 to 2005, he majored in acting at the prestigious Shanghai Theatre Academy.
While attending college, Hu attained stardom in China and Taiwan as Li Xiaoyao, the lead role of a TV series Chinese Paladin (2005), which was adapted from the Wuxia PC game of the same name. This series, and several others, made Hu widely popular among young audiences and brought him several performing arts awards. However, a car accident in 2006 interrupted his career. His assistant died in the crash while he sustained serious facial injuries. After multiple surgeries and nine months of recovery, he returned to the set of Legend of Condor Heroes (2008) where he had left off. His next two series, Chinese Paladin III (2009) and The Myth (2010), both became instant hits.
Ge Hu has taken on diverse roles in different genres in recent years. As a child, Wang Kai dreamt of being an actor. Despite some opposition from family, in 2003, he entered the prestigious Central Academy of Drama in Beijing. While still in school, Wang Kai starred in Cold Autumn (2006) as Huang Yuanshang.
After graduating in 2007, Wang Kai's breakthrough role was as Chen Jiaming, an effeminate make-up artist in Ugly Wudi (2008-2011), the Chinese version of American Ugly Betty. In 2008 (though the show aired in 2010), Wang Kai had a small role in Taiwanese, Calling for Love, where he learned how to speak with a Taiwanese accent. While he was successful in his role in Ugly Wudi, Wang Kai ended up rejecting several role offers in the year that followed as the offers were typecast. Benedict Timothy Carlton Cumberbatch was born and raised in London, England. His parents, Wanda Ventham and Timothy Carlton (born Timothy Carlton Congdon Cumberbatch), are both actors. He is a grandson of submarine commander Henry Carlton Cumberbatch, and a great-grandson of diplomat Henry Arnold Cumberbatch CMG. Cumberbatch attended Brambletye School and Harrow School. Whilst at Harrow, he had an arts scholarship and painted large oil canvases. It's also where he began acting. Jay Chou is a Taiwanese musician, singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, actor and director. He was born in Taipei to schoolteachers, Yeh Hui-Mei, who taught fine arts, and Chou Yao-Chung, a biomedical researcher. Tony Leung Chiu Wai was born in Hong Kong on 27 June 1962. He and his younger sister were raised by their mother after his father left them. In 1982, after passing the training courses of TVB, Tony became a TV actor and became famous for his comedy style in such TV shows as Tales of a Eunuch (1983) or The Proud Twins (1979). However, he didn't limit himself to television and began showing his versatility in films like My Heart Is That Eternal Rose (1989) and A City of Sadness (1989).
