His work on 2010's Immersion earned him an IAWTV award for Best Hosted Taped Web Series.
In April 2003, Burns, along with several friends and co-workers, created the Internet Machinima series Red vs. Blue: The Blood Gulch Chronicles. Filmed using the video game Halo, Red vs. Blue was acclaimed for its humor and originality, making Burns an Internet celebrity. His success allowed him to co-found the production company Rooster Teeth. After the immediate popularity of Red vs. Blue, Burns attracted the attention of video game company Electronic Arts, who asked him to create a promotional series using their upcoming game, The Sims 2. The result was The Strangerhood. Burns also premiered P.A.N.I.C.S., a mini-series that utilizes the F.E.A.R. game engine. In 2016, Burns starred in the science fiction comedy film Lazer Team, which he co-wrote.
As one of the innovators in the field of machinima, he has made guest appearances at the Penny Arcade Expo, San Diego Comic-Con International, Sundance and The Sydney Film Festival. For his work on Immersion (2010), a live action series that tests video game tropes in the real world, and The Gauntlet (2013), Rooster Teeth's reality game show, he has been nominated for two IAWTV awards in the "Best Host of a Web Series (Pre-Recorded)" category. He was named one of the "Top 25 Digital Stars" by The Hollywood Reporter in 2015.
Michael Justin "Burnie" Burns was born in Rochester, New York on January 18, 1973 and grew up in Houston, Texas. The son of a Catholic priest and a Catholic nun, Burnie's early life was directed toward the medical profession. His father was a Physics professor who worked on the Desertron Super Collider. He is one quarter French-Canadian.[10] The nickname "Burnie" was given to him by an Alief Elsik High School senior to separate him from the many Michaels in his class. Burns' determination to pursue a medical career led him to become a member of HOSA. Half of his senior year consisted of clinical rotations at Southwest Memorial Hospital . As a state champion in medical terminology, he focused his academic career in high school on attending the University of Notre Dame. After high school, he attended The University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. While there, Burns got his start in video production by volunteering at K29HW-D, Texas Student Television. During his time with TSTV, he founded Sneak Peek, the longest-running student television program in the world, in which he reviewed films and conducted interviews with guests such as Adam Sandler.
Burns went on to become the president of the tech support company teleNetwork Partners, and eventually broke out to form his independent company Rooster Teeth.
When his family couldn't afford to send him after his acceptance, Burnie chose instead to attend the University of Texas. While there, his studies led him to switch his focus from pre-med to computer science. In his free time, he dabbled in film. At Texas Student Television, a student-produced television station out of the university, he founded the longest-running student program in the world, Sneak Peek, where he reviewed movies, discussed entertainment news and even interviewed a young Adam Sandler. In his final year of university, Burns was intent on making a movie. Joel Heyman and Matt Hullum, who were roommates at the time, agreed to help, with the former agreeing to star and the latter helping write, produce and direct. They shot The Schedule (1997) over a three-month period on 16mm film for $9,000.
urns became frustrated with the difficult distribution process and the film only screened in a few festivals. Soon after, the trio parted ways. Heyman and Hullum went to Los Angeles, while Burns accepted a position at a local tech support company.
There, he met his co-workers and future Red vs. Blue collaborators Geoff Ramsey and Gus Sorola. In June 2002, Burns teamed up with his colleagues to create their first viral video, a Mac Gamer Switch parody.
Burnie wrote and directed his first feature film, The Schedule (1997), in his final year of university with his friends and future Red Vs. Blue partners Joel Heyman and Matt Hullum. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science he accepted the position of President of teleNetwork. There, his co-workers included future RvB collaborators Dan Godwin, Geoff Ramsey and Gus Sorola. In 2003 he started the hit web series Red Vs. Blue and founded Rooster Teeth Productions. Anairis Quinones is a Puerto Rican black actor based in Los Angeles, California. They were born and raised in central Florida. At a young age, she fell in love with stories from books, cartoons, and movies. Their favorite movie series was Harry Potter, and she developed a strong attachment to Hermione Granger. She re-enacted scenes from the films often. Their first love was writing, but the one that stuck professionally was acting.
They started voice acting through online communities when they were only 11 years old. Prior, they had some theatre experience but was held back by social anxiety and frequent relocation. Anairis has remarked that her interest in VO piqued after watching the 2003 anime Fullmetal Alchemist. They learned about Laura Bailey's process from a commentary track, and the rest was history.
They worked with indie game devs and college animators for years as they grew up and went to school. She pursued psychology, but redirected their focus fully to VO after booking Kemono Friends and RWBY despite not being local to major hubs. They owe their love of collaboration to their earliest projects.
After receiving her Associate's, Anairis moved to TX briefly in August 2019. Their move was short-lived after a family emergency brought her back home to FL to care for her family. Their career picked up at the start of the pandemic due to remote recording. They've done anime, cartoons, commercials, video games, and more ever since.
Anairis moved to Los Angeles, CA in 2022.Harriet Bree- Actress

Ryan Haywood is an American voice actor, YouTube and Internet personality, web video star and former employee of Rooster Teeth Productions and the former 3rd main host in it's subsidiary Achievement Hunter. A former staff member of the Machinima production company Rooster Teeth and the third main host at Achievement Hunter, Ryan is also an animator, editor, producer, and technical director of the Red vs. Blue (2003).
Ryan Haywood was born on December 6, 1980 in Columbus, Georgia, as James Ryan Haywood to David L. Edwards and Debbie Hoover. He is the youngest of three children; his older sister is Tanya Edwards and his older brother is Ryan Edwards.
Originally while growing up in Georgia and before working at Achievement Hunter and Rooster Teeth, he was initially working as a professional male model while in high school in Georgia as stated in Let's Play - 7 Days to Die Part 3. These photos were released during the Extra Life stream once $200,000 had been raised. He claimed that he was in a magazine called Twist magazine. Along with the magazine, he also was in a runway show, where he was a gnome who stood on a mushroom. He did this in between his job as a pool cleaner, and his job at Rooster Teeth. One of his model pictures showed Ryan in his late teens to early twenties as an early adult. His hair used to be much longer when he was a model and he used to be skinnier and younger. According to the Twist magazine stats, Ryan made Twist magazine quite popular during the time he worked there. His parents used his middle name (Ryan) more often than his first name (James) and hence he prefers being called Ryan which is his stage name. There is also another Rooster Teeth employee also named James so he prefers being called Ryan to avoid confusion.
For his education, he studied in high school while working as a model and starring in magazines. Some of Ryan's colleagues stated in their Sunday Drive "Let's Play" that Ryan graduated from Georgia Tech University and also went to college in Georgia Southern University. He later went to study abroad in England in Europe, getting degrees in Theater and Computer Animation. Whilst browsing Craigslist looking for job opportunities, Ryan found an open position in the Rooster Teeth Studios and Ryan applied. He got the job and started to work there and eventually moved there to Austin, Texas where he resides ever since. It wasn't until Episode 89 of the Minecraft Let's Play series where Ryan earned his title of Mad King. In general, after the infamous Episode 89, Ryan began to become one of the most influential gamers over the next few months and soon to be year. Ryan was about 33 years of age when the episode was launched to YouTube on February 7, 2014.
He moved to Corpus Christi, Texas where he met Geoff Ramsey for employment at Rooster Teeth, later residing in Austin, Texas where he fully joined joined Rooster Teeth Productions and it's subsidiary Achievement Hunter. Ryan joined the Rooster Teeth to run their website and to work on their new Game Fails YouTube channel, which he still does as of today. As a member of the staff, he is in charge of managing the Rooster Teeth website and their Game Fails Channel on YouTube. He was also the technical director and animator for Red vs. Blue Season 10. He also helped create Rooster Teeth's subsidiary Achievement Hunter.
As of April 2015, Ryan was one of the main hosts and dominant cast members at Achievement Hunter. His job at Rooster Teeth and Achievement Hunter consisted of hanging out with the rest of the boys, playing games with them, starring in Lets Plays, and include ideas on what games they should play or what sequels to video game franchises should include. He was actually the third Achievement Hunter member host to be hired and promoted to main host after Geoff Ramsey and Jack Pattillo. In early 2011, Achievement Hunter hired Ryan as an editor, crew member and recurring host; Haywood later began being featured in videos as a main host in March 2012, becoming one of the main crew members. As for what Achievement Hunter video Ryan first appeared in, Ryan claims that the first video he made for Achievement Hunter (outside of Game Fails) was the NYC tour video, titled "A video game tour of NYC" uploaded to YouTube by Rooster Teeth on June 10, 2011. The first video where he spoke in was the Witcher 2 Achievement Guide, titled "The Witcher 2: Librarian Achievement Guide", also uploaded to YouTube by Rooster Teeth on June 16, 2011. And his first Lets Play with the other guys was Mari0, the video titled "Let's Play - Mari0 - With Geoff, Gavin, Michael, and Ryan", published on March 26, 2012, the day where Ryan was promoted to a main host. He was also in "Dear YouTube" by Rooster Teeth, but was still working as a Rooster Teeth animator.
Since then, he started working full-time for Achievement Hunter and starred as the third main host member including Let's Play and VS. He became friends with other members of Rooster Teeth, such as Meg Turney. He competed against Ray Narvaez Jr. in a Rooster Teeth sing-off on YouTube. Besides his work on Achievement Hunter, he was also the voice actor for Professor Peter Port in RWBY (2012), Lieutenant John Elizabeth Andersmith in Red vs. Blue (2003) and The Mad King on X-Ray and Vav (2014). While working at AH/RT, he began streaming on Twitch on April 30, 2016 under the channel SortamaliciousGaming.
On October 7, 2020, Haywood was fired by Rooster Teeth for violating their Code of Conduct when it was discovered that he used his fame to groom underage fans. Over the subsequent weeks, allegations emerged that he groomed, manipulated, and slept with multiple women and underage girls over the course of his employment at Rooster Teeth. Other employees of Rooster Teeth - including frequent collaborators such as Jack Pattillo, Michael Jones, and Alfredo Diaz - confirmed that these allegations are true, and stated that they would begin to remove content that featured Haywood from Rooster Teeth platforms. Because some of his sexual misconduct involved interactions with his Twitch audience, Haywood was permanently banned by Twitch on January 20, 2021.

In an industry without a loss of excellent talent, David is honored in 2018-19 to be working on a vast array of acting projects. Whether it is realistic characters in2019-20 Game of Thrones (NDA), Yarrow the Lead Freelancer in Anthem, Magnus the Russian Baby in Boss Baby! on Netflix, or main characters (Cid, Voyd, Wedge Kincaid, Vyv Dorden, Bahmut) in Final Fantasy -David is, as usual, mostly the chameleon actor --unrecognizable from one character to the next. (Ugh! How is that supposed to help your career?! Ha!)
It's not unusual to hear David voice multiple characters in the same game or animated projects... and in 2019's Battle Wake Arcade Game-David is all four lead Pirate and Ghost voices. Animated movies include Son of Big Foot 2 where David voices a couple of key lead characters.(NDA!) And if you catch Goldie and Bear on Disney Jr.-well you'd be hard pressed... to recognize David having a blast voicing several regulars.
In the last year and half--David is heard in thirty-two video games and a score of cartoons most NDA at this point in time. Needless to say however-many are high profile outlets and producers such as: Disney, Cartoon Network, Dreamworks, WB, Activision, Nick, EA, Bioware, and more. ( Yes, Jiraiya the Toad Sage is busy!)
When it comes to Narration voice work-you'll hear his dramatic and noteworthy work in movie and game trailers. In Anthem, you'll hear him narrator the Fall of Freemark in powerful and emotional tones backed by fantastic visuals. (Play on You Tube- Fall of Freemark , Anthem.)
In Creed the VR Experience, David is honored to voice Sly Stallone as Rocky Balboa. The voice match is near perfect; so much so David also voices Rocky / Sly in the Game Trailer Commercial. Needless to say... no one knew it was David and not Mr. Stallone. So... David does voice matching and dubbing too!
Speaking of special abilities... David also does a wide range of authentic animals. (Dogs, Parrots, cows, pigs, etc.) In 2019 he is affording such to a big project. (NDA)
David remains an accomplished Commercial VO guy having voiced a half dozen political ads in 2018, supplying the AVO in national Toyota spots, the Guru for McDonald's radio spots, and a Yeti in an Animated Jack in the Box spot.Bahamut The God of War- Actor
