Everyone left the courtroom, declaring the car not guilty, and drove politely again, for a little while.

The rains end; Noah sends a dove out who brings back an olive branch. They land on Mount Ararat and disembark.

Diego and Alejandro realize that if they can determine who bought the brooch at auction, they can find Anita's father. But Anita is in danger from Ruiz and Jose, who have already found her father, and hold him for ransom until she brings her gold to them in exchange.

Diego brings something the youth wrote in Chinese characters to a priest to interpret. But an American seaman arrives and claims the boy is a murderer.
