After arriving in Los Angeles, she began auditioning and soon found herself on the Showtime pilot "Weeds" as a guest star, little did she know she would later become a series regular. In the five seasons she spent on the show, the series was nominated for five Emmy Awards and three Golden Globes, all including Best Comedy. Allie and the cast were also nominated for the distinguished Best Cast Ensemble at the Screen Actor's Guild Awards in both 2007 and 2009.
In 2011, her ABC series "Suburgatory" debuted to enthusiastic viewers and critics alike, making it the highest rated series in six years for the network's time slot. Created by Emily Kapnek, (producer and writer of "Parks and Recreation") the show is a satirical exploration of the suburbs through the eyes of Manhattan natives Tessa and George (Jane Levy and Jeremy Sisto), a disillusioned teenage girl and her single father. As Tessa sinks deeper into the obscure little neighborhood, she meets Lisa Shay (Grant), her "explosively soft" neighbor. As they develop their friendship, they realize you don't have to be an outsider to feel displaced. The show also stars Cheryl Hines with "Saturday Night Live" alums Chris Parnell and Ana Gasteyer as Grant's parents. The series became a staple in TV's Wednesday night line up, becoming both a fan favorite and critic's pick, and ended its run in 2014.
From New York's Tribeca Film Festival to France's Festival de Cannes, Grant's "Struck by Lightning" (written by and starring Chris Colfer, alongside Alison Janney, Christina Hendricks, and Dermot Mulroney) caused quite the stir amongst distributors, and reunited Allie with her first director, Brian Dannelly. The movie was released in January of 2013 and was soon met with a cult following.
In 2015, Allie played a starring role in what is considered "one of the most shocking moments in television" that year, as fans said goodbye to their beloved Dr. McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) in "Grey's Anatomy."
Later that year, she began guest starring on "The Goldbergs" as the fierce and overtly loving Evy Silver, who bares a striking resemblance both physically and in essence to Mrs. Goldberg (Wendi Mclendon-Covey), and becomes quickly entangled in the series' celebrated love triangle between Geoff Schwartz (Sam Lerner) and Erica Goldberg (Hayley Orranatia). Now with the series' hit spin off "Schooled," Allie continues Evy's journey, alongside the William Penn High School Staff (AJ Michalka, Tim Meadows & Brian Callen), as she navigates her way through the absurdities and chaos of adulthood.
Allie's work also expands into the theater, her first love, including the Los Angeles run of "How I Learned to Drive", and the production of her original piece "Who Sings to the Sparrow," inspired by the Elie Wiesel memoir "Night", which she also directed and starred.
Now twenty-six and living in New York City, Allie's most recent series "All Night," is currently streaming on Hulu. The anthology series examines a group of high school seniors throughout the course of one night; as they navigate their way through their grad night celebration party, we witness their emotional personal journeys of discoveries and transformation. Starring alongside Kate Flannery ("The Office"), Ty Doran ("American Crime"), and Tequan Richmond ("Ray").
Allie is currently writing and developing her own television series set in Mississippi in which she will also produce, direct and star in. - Actress

Raquel's path in the entertainment world was nurtured and encouraged from an early age. By age 4 she was regularly appearing on "Sesame Street" and "Nick Jr." Then at age 7 she became a breakout star when she played the lead role in the feature film "Jersey Girl" alongside megastars Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.
Raquel charmed the talk-show circuit appearing as a guest on "Ellen" and "The Tonight Show" with Jay Leno. She co-hosted with Ryan Seacrest on "On Air with Ryan Seacrest." At age 10, Raquel was appointed the youngest correspondent ever for Entertainment Tonight's Kid's Choice Awards, where she had the opportunity to interview high-profile celebrities including Jim Carrey, Cameron Diaz, Queen Latifah, and Adam Sandler. Her acting career continued to flourish as she guest-starred in "Law & Order SVU" and appeared in the world premiere of Broadway's "White Christmas" as Susan Waverly. She also made her music-video debut as "Little Nicole" in Ludacris/Mary J. Blige's video "Runaway Love."
Her first grown-up role was the love interest in Rosie O'Donnell's Lifetime movie "America." She co-starred in the Canadian TV show "Winging It," in which she debuted one of her original songs.
After she competed on "The Voice," Raquel's YouTube channel "raquelcx3" garnered over a million views, and a contribution to that popularity is her cover of Christina Aguilera's "Ain't No Other Man" as well as Selena's "Amor Prohibido," which shows her versatility as a bilingual/Spanish singer.
Raquel had a recurring role on Fox's hit show "Empire" as Marisol, a member of Hakeem and Cookie's girl group Mirage' A Trois, a role that cemented her as an acting/singing/dancing triple threat. With three songs on Sony's "Empire" soundtrack and a collaboration with Becky G on the single "Do It," she is definitely making strides on her musical journey.
Having just landed the theme song for the new Netflix animated series "Carmen Sandiego," a hit song on BPM Radio, and another #1 on Billboard's dance chart with the Zack Martino/Disco Fries remix of "U Make Me", Raquel is headed in the right direction.
Whether it be acting, singing, dancing or songwriting, Raquel has had many moments of great success. Although her first professional platform into the music industry was at age 16 as a finalist on Christina Aguilera's team on Season 1 of "The Voice," she had a full-circle moment when she recently returned to NBC on Season 2 of "Songland" and had the incredible opportunity to pitch a song she wrote in front of Grammy-winning producers Ryan Tedder, Shane McAnally, and Ester Dean, as well as R&B artist "H.E.R." Raquel worked one-on-one with Ryan Tedder, and her song "Wrong Places" was chosen by "H.E.R.," which landed Raquel her first placement with a major artist. "Wrong Places" currently has 5.2 million streams and counting.

- Catinca was born in Bucharest, Romania on 21 March 1997, the only child of Untaru family. When she was three years old, she told her grandparents that she would like to became a theatre actress waiting for people to give her flowers on a stage. From an early age, she was fascinated by fantasy stories and legends. She started to take English lessons at the age of 4 and her teacher, a former Romanian flight attendant, noticed her interest and started to tell her stories about countries and customs to keep her focused. Soon she was speaking English with different accents. She competed against hundreds of children from all over the world for the role of Alexandria, the main character in Tarsem Singh's The Fall (2006). She won the role, despite not fitting the initial character description. Catinca Untaru became the first Romanian child actress to star in an international film. Right from the start, her discovery has consisted of a series of fortunate coincidences.
At first, it was the recommendation of one of her former teachers that lead talent agent Andreea Tanasescu to her. Then, an incredible audition with Tarsem Singh, the director of The Cell (2000), during which Catinca managed to switch back and forth between reality and fantasy without the slightest degree of effort. Catinca managed to convince Tarsem that she was the right child for the part of Alexandria. With quite a serious face for a 10 year old, Untaru says that she enjoyed filming for "the Fall" and that her favorite part of the whole experience have been the costumes designed by Academy Award winner Eiko Ishioka. The entire script was never revealed to Catinca, as she started shooting for "The Fall"(2006) she was constantly kept on her toes about the story. She thus managed to become an active part of the action. Catinca's mother Ruxandra recalls that she would be Catinca in her hotel apartment but would immediately switch to Alexandria when she was the set.
Catinca says that being a part of the cast of The Fall allowed her to see countries and learn about customs. As the shooting took place in more than 20 locations around the world, Catinca was most impressed with India. Although quite mature for her age, Catinca still enjoys playing with her dolls and, most of all her friends. When she was filming for "The Fall"(2006), her biggest wish was to come back home and be able to play with her friends whom she was missing dearly. She likes to read books, to write stories and maybe to do movies in one day. Now, almost 3 years after filming ended, Catinca goes to school and is head of class. As of January 2007, she was working in a Romanian experimental media project called "10" where a group of kids are planning to do a movie. It is a mix of reality and fantasy production inspired from her story.Best acting actress at age 6! Odd, but good. - Actress
