- In a city which should be familiar, there is the feeling of something a little different.
- Two boys defend Treasure Town and Yakuza try to take over and clear it for new development.
- In the 30th century, time travel has been outlawed. To insure the prevention of time paradoxes, the Time Protection Department a.k.a. the TPD was established to prevent further time crimes. When four enlisted TPD cadets were tricked by a mafia family called the Londers in letting them travel to the year 2000 A.D. to commit crimes, the four cadets must also travel to the year 2000 to take down the Londers as the Timerangers. The four recruits are only able to commence their mission when there is five rangers in the team. So they forced a martial artist from the year 2000 named Tatsuya Asami to become the fifth ranger. While stationed in the 21st century, Tatsuya rents a building for the other four rangers as a means of housing and running a small business called Tomorrow Research, With five rangers patrolling the city, the Londers family will not stand a chance against them.

This is the Sakurai household, where everything hangs loose and everyone always speaks their mind. Tanaka says she really loves this 'perfect family.' They are sure to win your hearts too.

- There is an attempt at a murder, which immediately draws the attention of the police. Detective Katsuragi is assigned to the case the police department collects and analyses DNA samples. Shockingly, the DNA analysis results point the finger at the detective. The detective, in turn, alerts the service of his twin brother who was taken away at a young age and has become something of a mystery since.

Through clashing with her employees and clients, Takako soon becomes a very mature and tough lawyer.
