Carnival Row (2019)
"all (men) respect is violence"
Season 2, episode 5; 36:29 - "Men are such simple things: driven by fear. In the end all they respect is violence." Tell me how this isn't Feminist misandry (the abject hatred of men).
All of these other reviews telling readers how we should just ignore those reviews rejecting this show because of the politics being rammed, jammed and crammed down the throats of the viewers.
The over the top, preaching of Leftist cult dogma is more than enough to make you gag and wretch.
I don't care that the acting and CGI are good because the Leftist cult preaching is putrid and worse than any Christian church I've been coerced or forced by family to tolerate and stomach.
All of this Leftist cult zealotry and haranguing is disgusting. And you call yourselves "tolerant". Tolerant my a##.
That '70s Show (1998)
I love this show...and yes, I gave it 1 star
I grew up in the 70s. I remember the events. I remember the fads, the movies, and most especially the music (It's what I still listen to today).
I can even put names and faces to a few of the characters, or aspects of some of the characters from the show. The writers obviously remember the 70s as well because they got many of the cultural aspects dead on; the mannerisms, the jokes, etc.
One of the things they (obviously) had to include was the Feminism. It was the main point in many of the episodes.
But it's not the overt historical event of Feminism that I gave the show 1 star.
It was the incessant undercurrent.
Lets look at the characters: The girls:
Donna - smart, intelligent, quick witted, emotionally stable. She's the one character that has ZERO obvious personality defects.
Kitty - Probably the most deceptive of the women, she's demur, passive aggressive, bosses her husband, Red, around, frightens him with "having one of her moods".
Jackie - Very cute, utterly superficial and nearly vapid. Jackie would be the other side of the coin from Donna and despite this is still more dominant than any of the boys. She keeps Kelso under control.
Midge - built like a brick outhouse, and though she's the "dumb blonde" she's still smarter and better than her husband, Bob.
The boys:
Eric - If he was any more "whipped" he would need (Orchiopexy) repair surgery. Donna is constantly correcting him, directing him, and just plain bossing him around. Donna is the ventriloquist and Eric is her dummy.
Red - The bloviating, blow hard, pathetic bully who needs Kittie to keep him in line.
Kelso - Beyond stupid. The boy is nearly functionally "special needs" (if you get my drift). Needs Jackie to keep him in line, and tells him what to do. Kelso has NO self control and continually cheats on her.
Bob - The twit married to Midge. He's nearly as "special needs" as Kelso.
And in the final episode in season 3. The one where Eric finds out that Donna really doesn't love him and doesn't want a future with him, because he's really not Mr Right after all, he's just Mr Right-Now. Eric is destroyed to find out that Donna doesn't love him and Donna is all bent out of shape that being Mr Right-Now isn't good enough for him. So obviously Eric is supposed to conform to Donna's needs, wants and demands, and who cares if Eric benefits, or his aspirations and goals are met.
But it does fit into the previous shows where Donna has repeatedly expressed her desperation to get out of town and out into the world because she's been taught to think that the good life can only happen "out there". Donna repeatedly talks about how the ERA (Equal Rights Amendment) will set women free. Because "patriarchy". Or some such sh t.
And that's why I gave the show 1 star. They did such a dam good job on so much of the show, but they had to incessantly step all over the boys to make the girls look better and I'm not going to reward that with a good rating.
Castle (2009)
The indomitable bad-ass, kick-ass, super-cop woman
The show writers had obviously been changed during the series. With each passing show Beckett is puffed up further and further as the indomitable bad-ass, kick-ass, super-cop woman (Castle 7x05 "Once Upon a Time in the West"), and Castle is made out to be the shows resident door mat, insufferable, poor loser, man-baby, and reduced to begging Beckett's permission in some episodes.
Two (among MANY) specific episodes demonstrating these points:
(Castle 7x05 End Scene "Meme is Murder" Castle Raging Heat Commercial) - Castle is horrified and mortified. The "commercial" for his book is comprised of all of the out-takes, goofs and mistakes, making him look completely inept and stupid.
Upon watching the commercial Beckett laughs at him and savors his humiliation, knowing that millions of people are watching and laughing at him as well.
Castle 7x19 "Habeas Corpse" - Castle pulls strings, takes the back seat, all to save Beckett from stage fright and humiliation, and save her reputation on the police force. Which she obviously would not do for him.
The original goal of the show was to display a strong and independent woman, who don't need no man, and a weaker man who lives through the books he writes. But that wasn't enough for the Feminists. They had to blow Beckett up to super-human stature and demean Castle as far as possible. Revealing just how weak, insecure and desperate for validation Feminists really are, and what utter loathsome people they are, who need to pointlessly step on men to raise themselves up and feel superior, like how budding serial killers will harm puppies and kittens.
The show series began tolerably passable, and had an amazing chemistry between Fillion and Katic. But then spiraled down the toilet with time and badly intentioned writers who had ulterior motives.
Bridgerton (2020)
Another plate full of cr p from the Leftist cult
(Oh, look, the Leftist cult sh tsmears mass flagged my review to have it removed because they are so weak that they cannot tolerate an opinion that is against their own. How sad for them. So I'm happy to repost it.)
Rewriting history will NEVER change the reality of history, no matter how hard you try.
You want people to take your insanity seriously? Then try casting a white women to play the role of Martin Luther King and show the world that yours isn't a doctrine of rage, but rather a code of equality.
But we all know that you won't because your sh t train only goes one way.
Your Leftist cult insanity will forever be ridiculed because flying in the face of reality cannot and will not change reality and only demonstrates that you are, deep down inside, simply mentally ill and this is not an actual effort to change society for the better, but in all actuality the ravings of lunatics.
Robin Hood (2018)
This movie is just crap
It's just another social justice steaming pile of dog @#$%. The writer even used the spoken line about "wealth redistribution".
Robin repeatedly has bouts of self doubt. The black man has to tell him the right course of action. Then the woman not only has to tell Robin the right course of action, but she also repeatedly tells him that it's ok for him to take action.
Never mind the anachronistic clothing and hair styles. Never mind the Vegas style orgy. Never mind the superhero stunts.
It's just all crap.
Christopher Titus: Amerigeddon (2019)
Titus is a hard line FAR Leftist
I really didn't believe Democrat news reporter Tim Pool when he reported that the FAR Left believe themselves to be "Centrist". But here it is: Titus claims to be "Centrist" and then spends 2 hours whining and whinging about Trump. Titus, telling ONE joke about Hillary's pant suit doesn't make you a Centrist. Titus can be a $%^%^& funny comedian. I'm sick and tired of EVERY #$%^& thing HAVING to be about politics. And while the other comedians are rebelling against the Leftist cult dogma of Political Correctness and turning their backs on focusing on politics, Titus is wading even deeper into the wretchedness of whining and whinging about Trump. Again, proving that Titus is a hard line FAR Leftist. Because to the Leftist cult zombies EVERYTHING is about politics. Just for grins and giggles, go back and look at the other reviews and notice that the other bad reviews are all mass down voted by the Leftist cult zombies.
Panodrama (2019)
Spectacular work by Tommy Robinson
I think that the filming of the work is actually the part that "ties the bow" on it's credibility; they weren't filming this to be slick and polished. The point of the work was it's content, and not some fake, shiny empty package.
And this package is full!
From beginning to end I see David and Goliath. Tommy is every man. And the BBC, the government, and the establishment MONOLITH have set out to crush him. And in a simple and graceful move Tommy allows the BBC to crush itself.
I foresee the end of John Sweeney's career. And I bet that it ends in a vacuous whimper.
You will NOT be disappointed.
The Big Bang Theory: The Propagation Proposition (2019)
Do men have reproductive rights?
(It looks like Chuck Lorre is demonstrating that men really don't have ANY reproductive rights.)
So, Penny couldn't be bothered to tell Leonard that she NEVER wanted to have kids BEFORE they got married.
I lost half of my appreciation for this show that episode.
And then in this episode when Leonard is offered the opportunity to donate his DNA to an infertile couple Penny said "no". 'Scuse me?
It wasn't until Leonard cucked and told her that he wouldn't go through with it that she then ALLOWED Leonard to do it.
Can ANYONE else hear the howls from hell if the genders were reversed?
I've been a fan of this show from the beginning but this episode has wiped out 10 years of being a fan.
If anything this show demonstrates why ALL men should just walk away from women.
I mean, after all, if men don't have reproductive rights any way, then why do we need women at all?
