From A to B (2014)
Expressive events
A Movie about three young men who are going in a road trip to honor their dead friend's memory, The Movie's event is about the conflict of thinking in the Arab counties, As they passed by Saudi Arabia, The officer who were searching their Bags, He saw a t-shirt of an English club which means that young man supporting an foreign team instead of supporting a Saudi team, That Drove Him mad as He didn't See the Alcoholic Bottle, Which is forbidden in This country. This movie also shows the conflict between the Arabs and the Israeli. As During The road trip these guys saw two young beautiful ladies, They offered them a help but they didn't want to. and the Egyptian guy right after knowing that they are Israeli He left. They were also discussing the situation in Syria and how people were treated by the armed forces. and how they finally reached their friend's grave to honor his memory. in general the movie was good except of the unnecessary Obscene language.
Al midan (2013)
inspirational Movie
Most importantly, "The Square" brings cohesion and clarity to the story of Egypt's ongoing revolution since the Arab Spring that began nearly 4 years ago today. The film is structured into chapters of each power- shifting protest that has made its way into western media over the past few years, and we follow a few revolutionaries to get their perspectives on the reasons of each protest movement and their thoughts on the aftermath. Their words are as perceptive and inspirational as the footage shown of their fellow Egyptians, and by the end this documentary makes a cautionary and exciting case for both the future of Egypt and of ours as a global community. As Martin Luther King Jr. said, "You will never be what you ought to be until they are what they ought to be."
Interstellar (2014)
Good Sci-Fi Movie
Even though the plot of Interstellar is very straight forward I was very delighted as the depiction of the science in the film. Granted the film makers took several liberties to promote good story telling but overall it was done very well. I have read other reviews addressing the middle portion being slow and boring but the producers of the film had to describe what was going on to a very broad general audience. The average person on the street will not "understand" what the producers are trying to illustrate for a fairly complex concept. The depiction of gravitation lensing on the black hole was very well done. This film is not typical popcorn fair and it makes you think long after the lights come back on in the theater. There is a lot going on with this film on several levels and was a joy to view
