Just another over blown show of "real" people. Ha over the top fashion and also ridiculous "plot'. It is a shame people wish to air petty problems to the world in return for fame. Grown-ups should act better and be a positive force in the world to all. There should be a voice coach for some of the actors on this show too! Squawking voices and poor grammar not good examples either.

More realistic shows are needed and this one is just false drama, petty issues and frankly a lot of silliness and immaturity. Makes me sad that TV shows have such low standards.

If this show continues it would be nice to see more positive content that "real people" attend to instead of lies, infidelity, and pettiness in the for front.

Urban Legend (2022– )

not my cup of tea

Very sordid series. The graphic tale was not one I care to view. Blood and a plot for money is so the thing now isn't it? Would love to see original stories Then at the end of the story was lackluster and topped off by a director chat about how he created this hour long piece.

Seems to me it could have been less graphic. It just copied most of the slasher movies from a few decades ago.

It would be nice to see some legends that are real but not explored and a bit more entertaining. Just my thoughts. Watch the next episode and share what you find interesting. This is my first and last gorefest.

Portals to Hell (2019–2022)

Not quite the best production

I do like some of the psychic shows that are on the Travel Channel however this one doesn't make the mark. All they do is a contact spirits maybe like all the other ones do the other ones do they don't try to move them forward or find resolution to the problems and the hosts are really not that dynamic. Ms. Wiedman Has been on several of these psychic paranormal shows it paranormal shows over the years from paranormal state to the lockdown show with another fellow. And she's just OK she doesn't seem to have any true psychic ability which is rather sad to have her as a host she's knowledgeable in a way buthe way but I don't think she's really the best option.

As for Mr. Osborne hes come too late in the game to really be effective and granted on his notoriety people will watch the show the show but The formula is always the same like with the other shows that are similar in the category the background is interesting the history of the places that they look at however they offer no resolution really and there's a lot of repetition in repetition in what they say and of course the usual cut away when there's something that value to watch so so they might want to rethink the whole premise of the show and see if there is something else that could be done. The psychics they use as guest psychics are all terrific and I've seen them in other productions and they've always hit the mark and they're always very knowledgeable and I would like to see much more of them in the shows other than the 2 hosts.

Carol for Another Christmas (1964 TV Movie)

a timeless classic made for the modern era

I saw on TV years ago when it first came out. It is a most interesting take on "a Christmas carol". Watching this movie, cast with many noteworthy stars of the era, the message was clear. However, I noted that the message sent is very relevant today in our 2012 national turmoil.

It may not meet someone's standards of a movie but just enjoy it as it is and appreciate the message. Rod Serling was a very gifted writer and producer. His spin is usually spot on.

The Holzer Files (2019– )

Growing up in a haunted house, Mr holzer's programs were most intriguing! Our family read a lot about paranormal growing up, especially since our home was haunted. The spirits were nothing like the many TV shows who just stir up the spirits and then leave. I like to hear the history of the houses!

Ghost Adventures: Quarantine (2020–2021)

Could be enthralling but...

This show is big on buildup with Zack being the lead. He is very melodramatic. The yelling and "surprise" effects are really unnecessary. The film is very hazy most time and truly show nothing of importance. I've live in two houses with spirits, one I grew up in and one I purchased. There were sounds, smells a plenty but nothing as "terror filled" as this crew makes them out to be. Watch other shows in the genre especially the ones which help the spirits move on. This is like a low rent side show.

Apple Mortgage Cake (2014 TV Movie)

Granted most people don't seem to enjoy movies like this, however, I do and Apple Mortgage Cake is heart warming and entertaining. While not familiar with all the actors in it, the acting was fine! The story of a woman seeking success to keep a roof over her family's head is one so true today. It is joyful and shows how folks can get together to help one another and not asking anything in return. All win. Simple theme but a wonderful message.

1000-lb Sisters (2020– )

Really sad

This is just another odd show of odd people airing all of their problems to the public. To me this show about these sisters who are trying to lose weight is just exploitation. The show may be paying for their service and operations but to me it's just another sad example of TLC scraping the bottom of the barrel again with what I call for black of a better term freak shows. TLC has shows about little girls doing pageants and they're hyped up drama. Then there are the shows with the little people and their hyped up drama.. And don't forget the people who are trying to find love in foreign countries and those families who have some religious proclivities in their church to have many many children. All these people can do what they want it's not that I care about that I just think it's sad that they come on television and exploit the situations. It would be wonderful to say shows with more intelligence less silly hyped up drama and just get rid of the trash TV.

Not such a great show

As someone considered to be well-versed in paranormal and hauntings and spiritual situations, this is more contrived than any other show that I've seen like this. The crew and Sack tend to be more scared over silly noises the proof they show is very indistinct and not very solid in my opinion. It would seem that also want to remedy the situation and help the owners or the caretakers of various properties a way to rid the the malignant Spirits from the area and there doesn't seem to be any show ever that does that. One can only take so much black light and indistinct blurry rooms before it gets very boring

This should have been titled all about Zack. His Ghost Hunters and their show are quite ridiculous I've only watched a couple of them and I thought this movie might be a little more redeeming. They never resolved any of the hauntings and they use more inappropriate language that is bleeped out which doesn't really add any atmosphere to what they're trying to do. And this is a silly documentary if you will and it just seems very contrived it's a shame that he is making money on his silliness but that's America for you.

Strange World (2019– )

Fresh Approach on The unexplained

I've only seen the first couple of episodes of this and they have very much intrigued me. The topics are not the usual unexplained topics and that is refreshing there's so much going on in our world that can't be explained or won't be explained that I like that they have taken a new approach and picked subjects that are not well-known I look forward to the next episode

fun silly movie

yes, this is a movie for young viewers, but it is fun. silliness and a simple story. but frankly we don't have enough of them in this movie era. the colors are great, the animation is fun and frankly as an adult, i did enjoy it. this movie is pure escape. it is fun to hear the voices of such esteemed actors playing such fun characters. Sometimes i think so many reviewers feel they must pan movies as they don't relay various critical standards.. However, this one isn't one. i like many types of movies and this is one of them. a purely fun and colorful take on things. enjoy it for what it is and don't over think it! not all movies need that. it is great for kids and adults if you look at it as being simply fun! i am well over 21 and liked it very much!

Campy and Fun Western

If you love Joan Crawford's over the top acting and Mercedes McCambridge as an obsessed revenge ridden woman, this is your movie. the characters are so stoic and act so serious the movie is hilarious. the plot is simple enough and Joan and Sterling Hayden ( who is really just good looking but not the greatest actor, in my opinion) are quite the duo. The quality of color adds to the camp of this production as does the melodrama of the dialogue. All in all for me, this is a fun movie i never tire of watching for these reasons. Joan didn't get better with age just funny. I recommend this movie as an entertaining time for you and friends!

Blood on the Moon (1948)

A classic western

This movie is entertaining due to the writing. Every cliché found in so many other westerns of this era, are found in this movie! The first time i saw it, i noticed the number of them, but as i talked to others who viewed, we decided to watch again and count them. It was a great way to view an old movie as well as count the number of clichés used. The action is fast and in black and white the movie is perfect as it does achieve its goal of entertainment. It doesn't really have an original western genre plot but nonetheless i think you will find it fun and worth your movie time. it is always nice to see an "action" movie with more talking than action too!
