Knight Rider 2010 (1994)
Knight Rider?
So bad, it's brilliant!
This film, seems to have nothing at all to do with the TV program, we all know and love No M.Knight, no Knight Indisrties & most importantly of all, no K.I.T.T.
OK, there seems to be a lot of the same people, we've seen in the 'Knight Rider' TV show.
All in all, it's a load of old rubbish, that is if all you'r looking for is another 'Knight Rider' movie, like 'Knight Rider 2000'
If, on the other hand, you like, cheap, crappy versions of 'Mad Max' then your in for a treat!
Comfort and Joy (1984)
Comedy for those of you with a sweet tooth!
A truly great comedy that was never going to take Hollywood by storm, but may well take you by surprise, with it's clever sense of humour, coupled with Bill Paterson's marvellous acting skills.
A story for those of you with a sweet tooth, about two rival ice cream companies in Glasgow, fighting over a secret recipe!
Bill Paterson plays a local DJ, he has the secret. So it's up to him to make sure that the wrong people don't get there greedy little hands on it!
A film, well worth watching, for many reasons, just keep in mind that you'll probably want to keep it, once you do! More proof that, while Hollywood will always be home to the blockbuster, we, on this side of the pond, can still make great films, from the heart, rather than the wallet!
The Hound of the Baskervilles (1978)
Unparralled Comedy Genius
Peter Cook & Dudley Moore at there best & silliest! What more can you say about this film, look at the cast list! Every now and again a genius will appear, in any given profession, and comedy has had more than a few over the years. Some of those that spring to mind are 'Spike Milligan, The Two Ronnies, Eric Sykes, Monty Python & The Goodies'. If you like ANY of the above stars, chances are you will also love this one. In my eyes it's a must have for any collector of silly comedy, like myself. 'Peter Cook & Dudley Moore' must also be counted amongst the all-time greats for such films as 'The Hound of the Baskervilles and Bedazzled (the original one, not the remake!). Throughout the history of film making, there have been many claims made by those in the industry, about whichever project they are working on, at that given moment in time. Rarely do ANY of these films life up to the directors expectations. This film, on the other hand, is a true delight to watch again & again, each time finding something different, you had previously missed.
