Me and my buddies were all big fans of 2Pac during the beginning of the 90's and I must say that he invoke criminal behavior in all of us. Now this makes me wonder if all of it only was a deliberate global scam! I have provided words from the documentary that I have written down by pausing frame by frame. You decide how it sounds! Did someones want to inspire us with fabricated criminal drama?

Transcript Narrator: In 1989 when 2Pac attended a dance-function, he met Leila Steinberg. Leila were developing workshops in which young people could express themselves. They immediately connected and arranged to meet the next day. Steinberg: The first day we met, he ended up coming from the city to this place with me. That same day we did our little workshop that night and then from that night on he was a part of our group. He felt that I was like, the perfect package to get him where he needed to go. He told me what was going on at his house and within a couple of months I realized that his mother was so addicted that his house is too dysfunctional to have a career, to keep going to school so within a couple of months he ended up staying at my house. 7465 Bridget drive, and this is the apartment that I was living in with my husband and children and Pac and Ray came to stay with me here. He was the sloppiest messiest person I had ever lived with and dirty. He would never want to wash clothes. He wanted like buy new clothes to not have to clean up and wash that. At 17 he was wide-eyed and really believed that he could change the world. 2Pac: I think that those should go to school again. You know, I think that, I think that rich people should live like poor people and poor people should live like rich people and they should change every week. Steinberg: Our relationship was really a relationship that we searched for knowledge you know, we explored together. I'll just tell you a book right now, you know it has been along a long time. It's called "Ponder On This". The stuff we were exploring together; "Food for thought, Alignment, The Ancient Mysteries, Astrology, The Buddha, Challenge, Christ, The Impact of Color, Our State of Consciousness, Medicine, The Moon, The Occult Teachings, Rajneesh, Telepathy, The Kabbalah and the Tibetian book of the dead". He read roots a number of times. As you study 2Pacs lyrics you start to know and understand how much he incorporated his reading, even his last albums. So Pac would read a book like this, it's a pretty big book and he would attack peoples definitions. So what is cultural literacy and who defines it? Is it the white perspective or the multicultural perspective. 2Pac: There should be a drug class, there should be sex education, there should be a class on scams. There should be a class on religious cults. There should be a class on police brutality. There should be a class on apartheid. There should be a class on racism in America. There should be a class on why people are hungry but there are not. Steinberg: This right here is the first hall that 2Pac preformed in and it was a craft community building, and Pac did this with digital underground, packed the place. I had talked to *** and I wanted to get us a deal and he said that we would have to make a video. We decided to have our own mini-concert here on the grass so that we could show *** how tight we were. So all the kids in the building were our audience right here down on the grass, and that was the stage behind the trees and we had the "strictly dope" show.

Land Of The Dead Report: 1. The zombie genre is "Horror/Action". 1b. A notable amount of confusion can be found in these characters. The modern zombie genre originated from Japan and is a substantial part of the "intercontinental media communication" from Eastern Asia to US and Europe and can be associated with concepts such as: (Spiritualism, Buddhism, Second world war (Hiroshima), Militarism, Elitism, Intellectualism, Exceptionalism, Naturalism, Hypocritisism, Materialism) and the tensions created at the end of the century between the generations. one of the conclusions are that zombies shouldn't be intelligent and melodramatic. 1c. At times, good, descriptive and simple dialogs, at times much cheap talk. Seemingly unintentional references to the "Clown 80's"

2. Good zombies but they should have been illustrated further. It is difficult to act well to a poor storyline. 2b. Romero has been loyal to his own extravagance.

3. Dark and undefined environment. The appealing fortress became too static at the end. To little light-play. Unflexible camera handling can not focus on the environment. 3b. It is difficult to create something life-stylish and chique without sacrificing the width of the references in the movie. Despite this, the scenes were detailed and well set. 3c. Appopriate clothing even though the characters could be more aesthetically authentic. Good characters and actors in a poor storyline situation. 4. Timing was good but the movie lacked rhythm. 5. Unflexible camera can not shift between wide, distant angle and proximal, focused angle. High definition picture. 6. Music is essential for the horror genre. 10. Nonconclusive ending.

The 1996 Video Game of "Resident Evil" 1 for PS 1 was the game that saved CAPCOM and put the Zombie theme back into fashion again. Unfortunately, this game was too difficult to survive and a few follow uppers were created as result.

Inspired also by the films from the late sixties to early nineties this game was solid and scary. The game plot was simple. A police officer in trouble, short of ammo, chased by zombies, inside a mansion and outside in the city. It was perfect.

One of the main inspirations was George A. Romero's "Dawn of the Dead (1978)"

2002, Paul W.S. Anderson directed an American film named after the game: Resident Evil (2002) This film had a great commercial budget and created anticipation in every individual that had survived the game.

This film was a disaster in every and each way. incomparable with the original even though many didn't think a film based on a game could get much better. (Short skirts, lousy actors and a completely confused director with a corrupt cause.) Not even the untalented Milla Jovovich's "sexual" outfit and the computerized film effects could save the day.

Only an experienced player and devoted fan to the classics could understand this exploitation.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse (2004) was a later film starring the same Milla Jovovich working/flirting with another director (Alexander Witt) But the script was still written by Paul W.S. Anderson. This film was better that the first but still lacked substance.

One of the reactions of this incompetence became a masterwork and probably the best horror film of this decade.

Dawn of the Dead (2004) (Zack Snyder) is the modern remake/screenplay of the Dawn of the Dead (1978). And it does not go back to Resident evil but to the source of resident evil's inspiration (Dawn of the dead). Through this, middle hands were reduced and with the help of their creativity and knowledge in psychology this team succeeded in creating a film that make Paul W.S. Anderson Resident evils loose face. And after that, I think Milla Jovovich can stick to something else.

Won 11 Oscars for what?

According to me, this film is a total disaster. Not only because of the naive and cheesy dialogs but also for bad acting and for wasting people's money and thought into this unrealistic middleclassy "romantic" drama. 11 Oscars and tons of other nominations for what? What were these people thinking about? If this film is so great, how come 82000 IMDb users think it is below average?

Is it because "20th Century Fox" knew that all the time spent on lowering the viewers standards and ideals, finally would pay off? I do not know. But something that I do know is that almost everyone that likes this film are totally uneducated in life and the art of projecting it in on a filmscreen.

The Best Years of Our Lives (1946)

Untainted 40's

The post apocalyptic atmosphere of the untainted 40's and details that mention much about the spirit of a veteran make this movie one of the best I have ever seen. This movie reminds me of "fear and loathing in Las Vegas" in many ways, despite the differences. Patriots adapting, fear and loathing.

This movie is about three men and the way they struggle to adapt their minds to the changes back home in America after being overseas, after the second world war. Traumatic but still strong with details that almost blew my head of.

I love this movie despite the traces of some sort of "straight" propaganda that also is significant for that specific age and its spirit.

Fist of the North Star (1995)

"Fist of the north star" was originally released in eastern Asia (1987). A strong anime movie and soon to come as series. This perfectionated piece of work was one of the most complete and solid art I have ever had a chance to study. All Characters followed their own way on the same path towards a goal I call love. There was honor, love, bravery and ignorance. Revenge, hunger and determination. All of them disclosed in their most pure way.

Every word was perfect and the result of generations of toil and thinking. That it was painted was not an obstacle but very helpful because you cannot find actors that can represent these solid characters in real.

1995. Hollywood released a film version of "Fist of the north star" with real actors. This movie claims that it is based on the anime. The real facts are that this movie is disappointing and awakes fury and anger in every pure heart. Many characters are changed hiding behind the original "names" and some Zealous keycharacters are even removed. At this stage of censor (which I can't comprehend the reasons of) , main characters are shown as cowards and violators against the Jin and jang principles which the anime is based upon. This entire violated story has become a family affair with jelousy, superficial se*ual desires which in this case are against Asian, and even American standards.

The Scenography is bad and the actors are extremely weak. Love is displayed as something that has come out of a baywatch story.

This movie is not recommended before the study of the original anime work.

For an ignorant person, I guess that wouldn't make any difference.

A Clockwork Orange (1971)

Clockwork Orange : Dangerous truth

"Clockwork Orange" is a strong piece of work. One time view is not enough if you tend to understand it. Although Kubrik is a man of variety, I could see some original similarities between this and the "Space Odyssey 2001"

Clockwork Orange is solid. Director: Beautiful scenography, excellent acting, brilliant feeling of momentum, excellent camera positioning, Perfect cooperation between picture and soundtrack. A Really original, classy environmental and clothing style.

Story: Based on a Psychological modern, strong path. Strong characters. Timeless and specially suitable for this age of mankind and his worries.

This film affects profoundly. Like "Sun Tsu" there is more to be studied. Ignorant people with week knees whom avoid knowledge should keep ignoring it.

The story is about a young and naturally violent man, growing and gaining experience and through my point of view, it is not the assigned treatments that change anything but the natural force of evolution. At the end he is not much different from what he was in the beginning. He has evolved and re simpled. What he has gained and how Kubrik explains it is what I call impressive.
