Sex Doll (2016)
I Liked It!
I appreciated the inter-weaving English with French (subtitles where needed) going on in this movie. The story was good with several heavier scenes lightened via the capable skills of the actors. No need for huge budgets when the story is good, characters pull you in. Bon job to you, writer, cast, crew in this sexy romp.
All That I Need (2005)
Greed and distrust has never been so entertaining and amusing.
The audience gets to play proverbial fly on wall at the posh "meetings" and one helluva grand finale of the pyramid, Muffin Club. In the soon to be released, feature film, ALL THAT I NEED, director/actor James Hergott delivers as the lovable, sometimes naive mastermind of one funky pyramid scheme. Sidekicks, The Judge, a blast as middle-aged "party boy" makes sure everything's in check until a particular blond babe becomes a threat to the easy going, really flowin', money making enterprise. The scheme continues well after Duke, the owner of Nara, Nara serves James a reality check with his margarita. I see great things for The Judge's long suffering wife, and Lon, the recovering cancer patient, the lovely Stephanie, Bond look-alike, Uncle Joe and the cast of ALL THAT I NEED long after this wild ride climaxes on the high seas. ALL That I NEED is set for national release on Nov. 4, 2005. Look for it at your favorite theater. Also, rumor has it that an ALL THAT I NEED contest giveaway is in the works. I'll be looking for details on that one. Enjoy the show!
Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason (2004)
Does anyone know why the change of directors?
If it's not broke-- Although I think Beeban is a great artist, I still feel Macguire should have directed the sequel. If you have listened to her commentary throughout Bridget Jones I, you will note how detail oriented she seemed to be and how she put her whole heart and soul into Bridget Jones I. Anyone know why the change in directors? Do you all want to see a Bridget Jones III? Who would you prefer to direct it? Macguire, Beeban or someone totally new?
When asked if he would be interested in working on a Bridget Jones III, Colin Firth said that at the moment there was nothing more that he would rather not do.
If there is a Bridget Jones III, I think I'd rather see a wedding that is almost called off and keeps the audience wondering if she ever will get hitched. Maybe show us her dealing and adjusting to married life and juggling new husband and career. I definitely wouldn't want to see her pregnant and dealing with babies.
