Boy Meets World (1993–2000)

A show that truly touched my heart!

I grew up watching this show and I truly feel bad for the younger generation these days. The shows these days are so dumb and unbelievable, but I don't know one person who could not relate to Boy Meets World. I feel privileged that I got to see these kids grow from children to adults. To see them have their own children even! It was always funny but had a good moral behind it all. When I see Boy Meets World now it reminds me of all the silly things I did as I kid and even looking back I can still learn things now! During graduation one of the teachers showed the last few minutes of the final episode. It showed Mr. Feeny teaching his final lesson, telling them to go out into the world and always do their best. It really touched my heart to have watched this as a young child and then hear Mr. Feenys words during my graduation. There's nothing better than Boy Meets World and it is something I will always hold in my heart!

Full House (1987–1995)

How could you NOT love this show?

My mother fell in love with Full House and I quickly joined her. It was something you really could watch as a family and everyone could enjoy it. It always taught you a lesson, which is something we have lost over the years, but it was never too serious. It was the perfect show about such an imperfect family. So many people could relate to the story and I think thats why it was such a success. Unfortuenetly it had to come to an end, but I really think it was the best. It's much better to go out on a high note than to have to be kicked out. I think with the girls all getting older it just wouldn't have been the same. But I'm so grateful I got a chance to see such a great show and I'll be watching the re-runs for the rest of my life!

Gilmore Girls (2000–2007)

Something good to watch if you need a nap..

I'd give this show a 4 mostly because I never really understood it. It's been on for as long as can remember but I never figured out why. I love Lauren Graham and Lorelai so often reminds me of myself. She is witty and full of sarcasm, but that is the only thing I've been able to enjoy about this show. Rory always bored me and mostly it's all about her. We basically watch her go to school and have dinner with her rich grandparents. Every once in a while there is something interesting happening but I've never been able to really get into it. There are the shows were your glued to the screen and then their are shows like this that you glance at for a few minutes and get bored with. It's never been a favorite of mine but people seem to enjoy it so we'll see how much longer it lasts.

Pretty Little Liars (2010–2017)

Sure beats Secret Life..

I'd give this show an 8 out of 10 because as many faults as it has, I can't help but watch. I was extremely disappointed with the first episode. They introduced way to many characters all at once. I understand that a lot of those people were important to the story line but it would have been better if they did it differently. After that I found little interest in the show and only caught bits while channel switching, but after hearing all the hype I decided to watch some of the later episodes. Despite how unbelievable they were..I was hooked! I could not wait for the next season and so far I've been pretty impressed. The story line has been okay, definitely far better than Secret Life, but how long is this going to happen? I mean the whole point of the show is figuring out who A is, which I'm assuming won't be until the last episode. So how many seasons are these girls going to be able to run around getting threatening text messages? Im not sure where they are going with the story but I'm interested in seeing what happens.

The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2008–2013)

Don't be fooled it's not a "Family" show..

This show is ridiculously bad! I tried watching the first season and although I couldn't stand it I kept watching. Everyone was talking about it and I thought there has to be SOMETHING good about this show. I was wrong. Every other word out of someones mouth was sex, sex, sex. Im sorry but not every single person walks around school discussing their sex life and I don't know ANY teenager that is willing to discuss it with their parents that openly. I get uncomfortable just having my own mother in the room while watching! The character of Amy was such a brat throughout the show I just wanted to slap her. All of the characters were so phony and I couldn't watch without rolling my eyes a few times. I tried tuning in for the new season and after 5 minutes I was done. I would never even attempt to watch this show again. The acting is just as bad as the show and I think everyone would be much happier having Pretty Little Liars switched to Mondays instead.
