Gossip Girl: School Lies (2008)
Another entertaining episode
The pool party story was cool. In this episode Serena, Blair, Nate, Chuck and other students break into their school's pool and have an illegal party. Someone falls into the pool and almost drowns. The headmaster wants to find out who broke into the school's pool and expel them. A bit of suspense on who did it.
We found out that Serena was the one who broke into the school's pool but luckily she doesn't get expelled thanks to Bart Bass.
Vanessa is caught filming Chuck and Blair talk about their one night stand. Chuck and Blair try to get the tape from Vanessa. Vanessa gives Chuck a fake tape and gives the real one to Blair. In return, Blair pays Vanessa's rent for a whole year.
Rufus tells Lilly he loves her and they decide to go on a small trip until Serena tells Lilly that she loves Dan and doesn't want him to be her stepbrother. Lilly accepts Barts proposal and it's sad. I hope we can still get the chance to see Lilly and Rufus together soon.
At the end of the episode Serena goes to Dans house because she realizes she belongs with him and they study together.
Overall this episode was pretty good but not the best.
Gossip Girl: Dare Devil (2007)
Jenny shined in this episode
The sleepover scenes were not realistic but very entertaining. I loved Jenny in this episode. She was amazing and I feel that her character is going to become so much better. The date with Dan and Serena was cute but it wasn't very entertaining. I like that this episode humanized Lily a little bit and made us understand her more. I really want to know more about her relationship with Rufus. I also sensed some chemistry between Lily and Rufus. Maybe we'll see them together soon.
Overall this episode wasn't the best but it was pretty good and entertaining. The sleepover was the best part of this episode.
Gilmore Girls: Die, Jerk (2003)
I dislike this episode
This is one of my least favorite episodes. Rory is struggling to write articles for the Yale Daily News and after two of her articles being rejected she is told that the only thing missing is her own opinion.
After watching a ballet, Rory writes an article and fat shames a ballerina. Everybody loves the article and praises it except the ballerina she reviewed. The ballerina confronts Rory at the dining hall and sends her death wishes. At friday night dinner Emily and Richard are over the moon about Rory's article and laugh at her horrible comments. Lorelai doesn't exactly tell Rory that what she did was wrong but points out that the review is too harsh and that "people don't write as mean as they talk, except you."
Lorelai's storyline is not any better. Lorelai has an awkward run-in with Nicole at the diner and judges Luke for putting his divorce on hold.
Mrs Kim asks Lane to send a special jug to Dave in California.
Friends: The One with the Ick Factor (1995)
Not so great but Matthew Perry is amazing as usual
In this episode, Monica is going out with a guy named Ethan, who is a senior in college. She tells him that she's 22 when she's actually 26 and later they have sex and start telling each other stuff and Monica finds out that young Ethan is actually a senior in high school.
Rachel has a dream about having sex with Chandler and then Chandler and Joey. Ross gets unreasonably jealous about the dream.
Phoebe loses her business and Chandler gives her a temporary job as his secretary since he's secretary has a breast operation. Phoebe tells Chandler that his coworkers don't like him since he got promoted and mock him. Chandler feels bad about it and tries to change but realizes that it doesn't work so he uses his power to make his coworkers work all weekend.
Ross's ex wife Carol beeps Ross that she is in labour and everyone runs to the hospital.
This episode is so so but I really enjoyed Chandler & Phoebe's storyline.
Best part of the episode: Chandler and Phoebe
Worst part of the episode: Ross being jealous about Rachel's dreams and making a big deal about nothing.
Friends: The One with Two Parts: Part 2 (1995)
One of my favorite episodes
I absolutely love this episode. It's a continuation of episode 16 but it's so much better.
In this episode, Rachel hurts her foot while taking down the Christmas lights outside of Monica's apartment. When Monica and Rachel arrive at the hospital, Rachel asks Monica if they can switch identities temporarily because Rachel doesn't have insurance. They both meet two cute doctors (which are played by George Clooney & Noah Wyle) and invite them to dinner. They start using each other's name to make the other one look bad. It was really funny.
Joey is still going out with Ursula and doesn't show up for Phoebe's birthday which is upsetting. Later on we find out that Ursula has been blowing off Joey but hasn't told him that she's over him. Phoebe pretends to be Ursula to break up with Joey but Joey realizes that it's Phoebe after they kiss. That scene was so sweet.
Ross is nervous about becoming a father and has a chat with his dad. Ross's monkey, Marcel, swallows letters while Ross and Chandler are playing scrabble. They take Marcel to the hospital and the scene where Marcel holds Ross's finger was pretty heartwarming.
