Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone (1983)
Worth my time
I am not one to watch a movie, read a book, or for that matter, order the same food at a restaurant more than once. There is so much more out there to be experienced; why repeat anything? But "Spacehunter" is an exception to my rule. I only own 5 movies and "Spacehunter" is one of them. Campy, silly one-liners ("Us loners got to stick together" --- "I'll take that bet") and lots of explosions make it a fun trip worth the time to watch over and over again.
To meet the 10 line rule --- In the 20 years I have owned it; I have watched it maybe 5 times and have enjoyed it just as much as the first time. My tape player is dead and I will need to find it on DVD.

Hauntingly Entertaining
Due to illness, I have been bedridden for about a year. During this tine I have discovered the outstanding talent and enthusiasm of the Korean entertainment industry. I cannot count the number of Korean Movies and Dramas that I have watched, but I believe it could easily be in the hundreds. I was introduced to Lee HyunKyoon in a couple of dramas earlier this year. About 3 months ago, while browsing through the foreign film section of Blockbuster, I spied "3-Iron" and rented solely on my experience with him. Without a doubt "3-Iron" is among the best movies I have ever seen - Korean or otherwise. Not one to repeat a movie, I admit that I have watched it twice within 3 months and will in all likelihood watch it again this year. Like the comment above, To see it is to appreciate it. I strongly promote this movie.

Sweet and Filled with Twists
This is one of the more enjoyable Korean Dramas I have recently viewed. If you take the sweetness from "Full House", add a touch of poor vs rich of "Cinderella", then throw in an adorable illegitimate 6 year old into the plot; you get "Only You". The story, as with most Korean Dramas, concentrates on the complications and pitfalls in the love life of the two main figures played by Han Chae Young and Jo Hyeon Jae. Han Chae Young is a beauty! Throughout the drama, I was struck by her resemblance to the late Audrey Hepburn. She has that same graceful neck and build. And she can act! One moment she can tickle you with her smile, and then tear your heart out with her tears. I will continue to look for her in the future. Overall, a fun drama!
