OK so this movie has plot lapses. OK so it uses a lot of bad language. So what that the characters are a bit cliche. I watched the movie in conservative Orange County and the whole audience laughed almost from the beginning to the very end. I agree that Irma P. Hall steals every seen she is in. I get tired of stuffy reviewers that get all hung up on character development and realistic plots. If I can walk in sit down and laugh for nearly every minute of the movie then it was a winner. I stood out side the theater for a few minutes. The Passion was playing in the theater next to it and was letting out at the same time. They left that movie like I did last week, wiping tears. Every one that came out of the LK had a big smile. I didn't hear any one say it was bad or dumb. So go there to have a good laugh, we need more of those these days

Nice way to spend a rainy day!

Harvey Keitel makes every movie he is in special. Miss MacDowell is still one sexy lady no matter how you dress her down. This was a class movie all the way. A fine lesson in humanity for all. A rainy day was not waisted here.
