OK for a $1.00 rental
17 March 1999
Not the best book-to-TV production, but not the worst. My biggest beef is with casting-I don't have a beef with Kyle MacLachlin, but Sean Dillon (per Higgins' books) is not over 5'4", has sandy hair, and most importantly, AN IRISH ACCENT! Kyle has none of these, making this appear lower budget than it was.

Ease up, folks, it's just a movie
12 March 1999
Okay. It was a little predictable, but there was enough I haven't seen before to keep ME in suspense, and it was worth it for the chemistry between Ford and Heche. I also like Harrison Ford, and think this was a good role for him. I loved the "sniping" between them-funniest parts of the movie. Oh, and by the way, there are really criminals who use the ocean and will kill you without hesitation, for you guys who thought the "pirate" bit was unrealistic...

True Lies (1994)
When's the sequel due?????????
18 February 1999
Great movie. Come on critics... A little wholesale Arab terrorist killing isn't all bad. I've never been a fan of Tom Arnold before, but with this role, playing to Ahhh-noldt's slightly more reserved supervisory agent's bit, is great. Of all the movies out there, this one screams for a sequel.

The Fugitive (1993)
Tommy Lee Jones is THE star
18 February 1999
Harrison Ford is a GREAT actor; one of my favorites. That said, I believe Tommy Lee Jones is the premier star of this movie. Jones plays a relentless US Marshall (benefiting from an accurate depiction of a fugitive task force and the vast resources available to it) pursuing a wrongly accused but convicted nonetheless Dr. Richard Kimbal. Jones' "Gerard" oozes character...
