While Phil is left at home for two days he first wires the house to his I-Pad. Phil is told to go outside by Claire but he is just in love with his job on the house. Alex is going to another championship but Claire wants her to win so she can have fun. Manny asks Luke to be his wing man to get into the Barmitzvah but which one of the three is it. Cam and Mitchell need Gloria and Jay out of their house so the can put the present in the house. Gloria and Jay cannot go but they two talk them out of the house. When Claire gets the cushion it turns out that she may not need it because Alex was kicked out straight away. Phil runs into a man at the gym and it is his a gay man. The man calls Cameron to say he is going on a date with Phil. Manny and Luke find the wrong Barmitzvan and go to find the girl. Mitchell takes Jay to the baby's shop and notices something wrong but does not act on it. Claire is unable to get Alex back into the competition and they boys go to the wrong Barmitzvah. Phil's new gym friend believes he has his wife gone he is becoming gay with him. Cameron becomes more involved as he was there to watch the game. Claire sees Alex is still at the quiz getting every question right while she gets it right. Manny finally sees the girl he likes but security kicks them out. When Manny talks to the girl and somehow impresses her. Jay tells Mitchell he is losing an office with this new baby on the way. While Cameron keeps Gloria away she sees the painting and loves it. Also Jay likes it but not really. While watching the game with Phil Dave feels nervous as he feels he is on a date with Phil. They take their shirts off and everything Phil says confuses Dave even more. Dave then ends it with kissing him. This was a really bad episode for me mostly because the writing was so weak, the actors also were less then impressive.
