It is Dan and Roseanne's 20th anniversary. He is broke and needs to find her a gift. With Jackie's suggestion he takes her wedding ring to improve but it is expensive so he takes a temporary job in a store for plus sized men. But he has to work on their anniversary night and Roseanne gets mad.
It is a fun episode again. Poor Dan such an important anniversary and he has limited opportunities for a gift. I feel bad for Roseanne though because it is more important to spend time together on a special day than to get an expensive gift. But she manages it very well at the end and their dinner is pretty cute and really romantic.
It is also pretty fun to see Bill Maher when he was younger in this episode.
