A close friend who had done Andy a favor is suspected in the murder of a pimp. There was sexual activity involved. Since Andy owed him, they make a deal, but somehow word gets out. Medavoy and Donna are on the outs. The guy is such a bundle insecurities. You can see why his wife had had enough of him. Gordon Clapp does a good job of acting as the tiresome twerp.
