Storyline
Plot Summary |
José is a young Mexican boy in the United States who hides in a church to avoid authorities after he injures his arm. When blood from his wound falls on a statue of Jesus, people think it's a miracle. Everyone flocks to the town, and the Rev. Russell, who knows the economic boom is good for the struggling parish, wonders what really happened. Local resident Maisie takes the boy in, and has a dilemma when she finds out the truth.
