She was a Senior Culinary Producer at Food Network, where she worked on shows including Iron Chef America, Next Iron Chef, Tyler's Ultimate, Guy's Big Bite and more. She was also a food stylist for Emeril Live, Essence of Emeril, Next Food Network Star, Rachael Ray and more. Now, she's the Culinary Producer at The Chew and the co-editor of the new Chew cookbook, which debuts September 25. Archer lives in Washington Heights with her husband and two-year-old daughter.

Hallmark Channel and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc. (Mslo) announced the formation of a multi-year alliance wherein original episodes of the now-syndicated The Martha Stewart Show will air weekdays starting this September. The deal between the two entities also covers Mslo developing new and original series and primetime specials for the Hallmark Channel. The Martha Stewart Show will remain as a how-to, lifestyle series, filmed in New York City in front of a live studio audience airing at 10a Monday-Friday on the Hallmark Channel. Following each weekday at 11a, Hallmark Channel will air exclusive new programming over 90 minutes developed by Mslo and featuring other talent at Mslo. Other primetime holiday and interview specials will be developed by Mslo to air throughout the year. It's a bit ironic that amidst all the late-night wars that a new show gets the green light. Announced today, Emeril Lagasse will be hosting his own live talk show on Ion (Sundays, 8 p.m.) when he'll do the couch thing (schmooze with celebrities) and the cooking thing (Bam!). Shop at Home Network said Tuesday that TV chef Emeril Lagasse is set to become a regular part of the channel. Lagasse has signed an exclusive agreement to work with Shop at Home over the next year on a variety of new sales platforms within the electronic retailer's kitchen category. The agreement includes a series of specials hosted by Lagasse -- with the first set to air in primetime in July -- plus a regular, weekly segment titled From Emeril's Kitchen. Merchandise sold during the specials and series will incorporate a range of kitchen products. Lagasse also hosts Food Network's Emeril Live and The Essence of Emeril. Both Food Network and Shop at Home are owned by Scripps Networks.
