Sex & Nudity

- A young woman walks into a male shower room. Several males, including are fully naked with their penises fully visible. Some talk but she goes off.
- A nurse tries to give a woman a gynaecological exam. One may assume that the purpose of the exam is to collect evidence of a possible rape. The patient quickly resists and moves her legs together and goes into the fatal position. No nudity is seen.
- A woman flirts with two men, they begin kissing and removing their clothes. They were probably about to have a threesome but are stopped before anything happens or any nudity is seen.
- A young woman flashes her breasts at two men for about a half second.
- There is a scene where we hear moaning sounds, it's implied a man and a woman are having sex, but we don't see anything.
- A man and a woman begin to kiss, he gropes her breasts and rubs her crotch. She does the same to him. They are fully clothed and stop before anything happens.
- A female corpse on a gurney is seen. The corpse's breasts are seen but the genital area is covered. A few minutes later, a dead male on a gurney is seen. The penis is visible.
- Some sexual references.
Violence & Gore

- Not much violence. It happens during the third act.
- A girl is seen with blood on her hands.
- A man tackles over another man in rugby, he gets up and punches him and it turns into one big fight, but they are just friends having a non-serious fight.
- A young man is implied to have been pushed off a bridge into river rapids. We later see his dead body.
Profanity

- A few uses of "fuck" throughout, in one scene however, it is used many times along with milder language.
- Some milder language is occasionally used such as "shit" and "bitch".

Spoilers
Violence & Gore
- Frankie is found dead on a bathroom floor. She has a mild amount blood on her mouth. Her rotten corpse is later seen on an operating table.
- Mike tackles Geoff and bashes his head onto the ground. Due to the editing, very little detail is shown as he bashes his head on the ground to death. His dead body is shown with some blood around it.
- Mike climbs a ladder. It breaks, he falls, and a sharp part of the ladder impales on him, causing his death. Little bloody detail seen.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It turns out that Liz is responsible for all the deaths that happened to her friends.
