- A teenage girl (after becoming pregnant) attempts to induce a miscarriage by punching and slapping herself. The scene is over-the-top and played for comedy, but it may be upsetting.
- A teenage girl attempts suicide by suffocating on gas fumes (she survives, but suffers a miscarriage as a result). The scene is over-the-top, but may be shocking.
- A woman is strangled to death using macrame. The scene is clearly comedic and played for laughs.
- Two characters are shot and killed, and another is shot but survives.
- A man and woman are both hit by a car and killed.
