The Merv Griffin plot was absolutely hilarious, and the way that Kramer rescued the discarded set and installed it in his own apartment was a stroke of genius, and the way he interacted with Jerry, George, Elaine, with Newman as Kramer's Ed McMahon, with special guest Jim Fowler. Absolutely hilarious that's for sure, and I couldn't stop laughing. Anyway, Newman is played Wayne Knight, whose career exploded in 1992 when he starred in Basic Instinct with Sharon Stone, supported by Michael Douglas.
