The Machine delivers five numbers and Finch realize that they are the Mafia kingpins in New York, and Elias probably is the executioner to take over the organized crime. Reese is worried about the collateral damage of innocent people that may occur with the war and offers protection to one mobster. The criminal refuses and is immediately murdered in the explosion of his car. Carter learns that Elias is preparing some action since he has transferred money from his account to several people. Elias is keeping his father prisoner while he recalls his life, when he was a boy and then a youth. Soon Reese finds that Elias' men are observing the families of the HR. Further, Elias kidnaps Taylor, but Reese promises Carter that he will retrieve her son. Meanwhile Finch meets the corrupt Officer Patrick Simmons and shows what Elias is doing with the HR's families.
"Flesh and Blood" is another great episode of "Person of Interest", where the origin of Elias is shown in flashbacks. The episode has several twists, and Finch and Reese take bold attitudes to save Taylor and to associate with the devil. Elias now is imprisoned, but with his contacts, lets see for how long. My vote is eight.
