Warning: Spoilers
Chrissy is dismayed to learn that her father, a Reverend (Peter Mark Richman, "Agent for H. A. R. M."), is coming to town for a sermon. She knows that, with him being a conservative, old-fashioned type, that he won't approve of her current living situation. The roommates' initial plan is to keep Jack away from the apartment, but that doesn't work out, and in a desperate move, Janet tells the holy man that Jack lives there because the two of them are married! *Then*, when Jack blurts out that they got "married" at City Hall, he offers to marry them himself in a proper religious ceremony.

A highly engaging and very funny episode, 'Chrissy Come Home' goes far on the comic abilities of our trio of stars. There are some great farcical moments as Janet and especially Jack get all nervous and tongue-tied in front of the Reverend, leading him to ask the question, "Does Jack always behave this strangely?". Of course, there is a classic 'Three's Company' style misunderstanding when Stanley gets the impression that the reverend doesn't want to marry Jack, he wants to get married *to* Jack. "This I gotta see." is what he's thinking.

All in all, this is an appealing showcase for Suzanne Somers as she struggles to stand up to her father and show him that she is now a grown woman who is capable of making her own decisions. And, in the end, the Reverend is impressed that both she and Jack are willing to make sacrifices to ensure that the other is happy.

The first of three appearances by Reverend Snow.

Eight out of 10.
