Still great

Ellen Pompeo has the perfect voice for the story-telling of this show. It's soft, a bit sensual, and emotional, without being dramatic or annoying. Her appearance on the show is the same way, and that's why I think she is perfect to play Meredith Grey. She's a bit mysterious, but very relatable and easy to like. She is fair and nice without overdoing it. Some might say boring, but she has a spark and a radiance that makes her interesting. And you find yourself rooting for her.

I love the way Alex get taught a lesson almost every episode in the beginning. It helps him grow and develop. We watch him get raised for the first few seasons of the show, and then transforming into a great person. His change is very slow and believeable, and a great character development.

George shows great character in this episode. Respect!
