I saw this picture some years ago and l found a weak story bringing Grace Kelly just to have a beauty female on the screen and a old fashion Mickey Rooney totally out of the time,but now revisiting more carefully a found the same way yet!!!just another standard acting of Holden...silly story about lawman who went to war and left a young and beauty wife at home waiting....the war is stupid but in this case Holden too...Earl Holliman as always funny as sailor and the best performance was no doubt by Charles Mcgraw and Fredric March both were convincing...the director Mark Robson made great films in your career but this is watchable only!!
