In this episode Ted tells his kids how he was at the right place and the right time which lead him to meet their mother. They make our expectation go up and make us wait the whole episode go up until the very end where we get to find out that the woman he met at the lights was Stella. Now, I am sure it got many disappointed, but I am actually very curious how they will deal with that and incorporate it into meeting the mother story.
The side stories are also pretty good. I like how they bring in the interventions we had a while ago. And Barney's story about getting ready to have reached 200 women in his sex life. The mistakes in his list were of course impossible, I am sure Barney must have studied this list a few times, he would have seen. But it was still funny. And once again a moment hinting about him and Robin. Now that he got 200 women, what will his next goal be, and when wondering about it he looked at her.
