The Wrath (2007)

Simply Awful
28 January 2008
In 1863, the moribund Don Antonio Feliz (Henry Popell) is lured by his friend Don Coronel (Luis Fernandez-Gil) and signs his will giving his properties in Los Angeles to him before dying. His blind niece loses in court and curses Don Colonel, his lawyer Don Innocante, the judge and their families. On the present days, Antonio Feliz's descendant Angelina Feliz (Kristina Morales) and her boyfriend Derek Blake (Daniel Bonjour) accidentally find an ancient map where the family treasure is hidden in the Griffith Park. They ask their language arts professor John Diaz (Kurt Sinclair) to translate the map, but the dishonest teacher steals the copy. With the stinky drifter George Abernathy (Bertie Higgins), they locate where the fortune is.

"The Wrath" is simply awful. The shameful and messy story, situations and dialogs are so ridiculous that only watching to believe. Bertie Higgins, one of the writers and actor, commits a mistake in his line without any edition or correction. This movie is so bad that does not deserve to be commented. My vote is one.
